Sakari’s range includes; Sakari No.11 - Junmai Daiginjo Sake, Sakari No.12 - Daiginjo Sake, Sakari No.13 - Junmai Ginjo Sake, Sakari No.14 - Junmai Sake and Sakari No.21 - Yuzu Sake.

The distillery’s first cask, a Scottish Oak cask, was filled on Monday 7 April after 21 months of building work, following a handover from the University of St Andrews in June 2023. Eden Mill head distiller, Scott Ferguson, said: “Following the installation of our copper stills in January, we have been progressing towards getting the distillery operational and refining our new-make spirit.

The menu draws inspiration from the country’s culture and heritage, with Peru being the fifth edition in the series, which launched in 2023. The menus change every six months, reflecting specific regions of the world and is inspired by the travels of bartender and owner Nico de Soto. The US will reportedly impose tariffs of 34% on China, hitting the EU with a 20% levy, Trump declared while detailing new restrictions on the country’s trading partners.
