CARLSBAD – Solar energy tech company mPower Technology Inc. is set to rapidly scale its manufacturing capacity following the closure of its latest eight-figure funding round. mPower announced last month that it secured more than $21 million in Series B funding, led by Virginia-based firm Razor’s Edge Ventures.

SAN DIEGO – Mindgruve couldn’t seem to stop growing if it tried. The media, commerce and data technology firm closed another acquisition this month, merging with South Carolina-based marketing agency Levelwing. The transaction is Mindgruve’s third merger over the last calendar year and will expand the company’s footprint to the east coast while onboarding exceptional talent, according to Mindgruve CEO Chad Robley.
