Homeowners are seeing another spike in their property values in 2025 after the El Paso Central Appraisal District’s mass reappraisals this year – but the increase won’t be as large as in 2024. Mass reappraisals set valuations on market values of similar properties in certain subdivisions or neighborhoods – not on individual homes or businesses. The appraisal district sent out residential valuation notices in early April, while most commercial notices went out Friday.
