A language is a tool that has rules and order in itself and provides communication between people. Human language is complex. We begin to grasp language just in the womb. So, how do babies learn a language and how do babies start talking? To find answers to these questions, many linguistics experiments are done on babies. Our researcher, who says that language has distinctive sounds (for instance, our voices are high when we ask something), is forming a team to find the answer to this question.
