AbstractPredicting how habitat composition alters communities of mobile ecosystem service providers remains a major challenge in community ecology. This is partially because separate taxonomic groups that provide the same service may respond uniquely to changes in habitat and associated resource availability. Further, the spatial scale at which habitat features impact each group can vary.

1 INTRODUCTION Agricultural management tactics such as intercropping and reduced tillage are implemented in an effort to support biodiversity and ecological services in agroecosystems without sacrificing crop yield. Reduced tillage, for example, supports biodiversity by creating soil habitat availability and heterogeneity (de Graaff et al., 2019; Tamburini et al., 2020).
