Is the Mazi Umntanakho digital tool feasible and acceptable in urban and rural low-income South African communities? Focus groups with home visitors and caregivers (of 3–5y children) found the tool acceptable and feasible, although with some challenges. Findings on the perceived impact of the tool are promising, and future work to evaluate child outcomes is recommended.
