This comes amid a continued fight against cross-border sewage and it’s impacts. The Frantz Law Group held a townhall meeting Thursday for South Bay residents to learn more about the suit.

Del Mar has seen a dramatic increase in the number of e-bikes on its streets. It comes as the neighboring cities of Carlsbad and Encinitas have pursued new rules for the bikes in response to a number of fatal crashes.
