CultureSlate: Since this is based on a graphic novel, the artwork is already there. What was it like transferring that style to screen? ROYE: I'm a first-time showrunner. Our art director is a first-time art director, Godwin Akpan. He illustrated the first book, Volume One, of the graphic novel. We have a composer who is Nigerian as well. This is his first time composing. It's not easy to put these type of people in positions of leadership, because this is a very big project.

The game mechanics do differ between the solo, two-player, and the three and four-player games but the variations help the game to run pretty much the same way so you’re still getting the full effect of the gameplay and story.

At Galaxy Con Columbus 2024, one of their main guests was musician and performer Weird Al Yankovic. Besides the photos and autographs that he did all weekend, he also did a panel. The panel wasn’t the usual one where he talked about updates to work or something along that line, but instead, the whole hour was devoted to taking as many fan questions as possible and answering them. It was a wonderful fun conversation, and quite a few people were able to ask some questions.
