What Does This Paper Contribute to the Wider Global Community? This study explored men's lifestyle risk profiles and engagement in preventive health care. Findings highlight a need for further intervention to increase men's understanding of the importance of lifestyle risk. Findings demonstrate an opportunity for general practice nurses to increase their engagement in preventive activities to increase access to this service.
