A series of new security vulnerabilities affecting DrayTek routers have been discovered, putting over 700,000 devices at risk of exploitation. Researchers found that these flaws could allow threat actors to take control of the routers, using them as a gateway into enterprise networks. While patches have been released to address these vulnerabilities, the exposed devices could still encounter cyberattacks if not updated.

Objective To test quantitative process measures characterizing the work of social needs case managers as they assisted patients with diverse health-related needs—spanning both medical and social domains. Study Setting and Design The study analyzed secondary data on 7076 patients working with 147 case managers from the CommunityConnect social needs case management program in Contra Costa County, California from 2018 to 2021.

What is known on this topic There is increasing evidence that case management for health and social risks may decrease use of high-cost healthcare services like hospitalization. There is little evidence on other case management outcomes including vaccination as a spillover public health benefit. Studies of vaccine-specific incentives like lotteries and small monetary payments yield inconsistent results.
