On April 15, the first phase of development was completed at The Stacks as two apartment buildings were officially opened. The two buildings, called Colette and Everly, offer 1,116 residential units between them, including 40,000 square feet of retail space, 11,000 for co-working and 22,000 in parks square footage. The first residents are expected to have moved in by the end of the month.
