    Longtime radio engineer, air talent and syndicated disc jockey Martin Ashley, aka “Wonder Rabbit,” has died. According to his wife Lin, Ashley passed on March 25. She said no memorial service is planned, per her late husband’s request. Ashley began his lifelong career in radio at KJAY(AM) in Sacramento, Calif. At age 17, he worked part-time without pay as a weekend announcer.
