Today’s subject S. Katy Tucker is currently living her theatre life as the projection designer for Washington National Opera’s (WNO) production of The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs. The production runs May 2nd through 10th in the Opera House at Kennedy Center. S. Katy Tucker designs video and projections for live performance internationally, working frequently in opera and collaborating with composers and musicians, including Paul McCartney, Helga Davis, Pamela Z, and Amanda Gookin.

The Theatre Lab School of The Dramatic Arts has for over thirty years always maintained that arts education should be affordable for all. One way they achieve this thinking is with their Dramathon which pairs Theatre Lab students with a top DMV performer and director to premiere a new short play.

Today we are going up over the mezzanine to the stage manager’s booth to meet Ford’s Theatre’s longtime Production Stage Manager (PSM) Craig A. Horness.
