    KPMB is one of Toronto and Canada’s leading design practices, a firm of influence and action. The four founding partners—Bruce Kuwabara, Thomas Payne, Marianne McKenna and Shirley Blumberg—were senior associates in the studio of Barton Myers Associates. In 1984, Myers opened an office in Los Angeles, and in 1987 relocated his practice there to focus on American projects.
