Journalists from all 46 countries of the Council of Europe, plus Belarus and Russia, are eligible to enter their work. Journalists working in Europe and journalists writing for a European publication can submit their work. The work submitted must have a publication date between December 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024. The European Press Prize is awarded in five categories: Distinguished Reporting, Innovation, Investigative Reporting, Migration Journalism and Public Discourse.

The EU is thus equipped with a new legislative arsenal, designed, among other things, to filter asylum applications more effectively, make it easier to identify migrants, and speed up asylum applications and returns - all while guaranteeing the protection of the human rights of displaced persons.

Apro, e un agente di mezza età sale, si presenta, si scusa per l’ora e poi mi dice che gli è stato riferito che ho pubblicato un disegno su un magazine francese, la settimana prima. Faccio cenno di sì con la testa: «Charlie Hebdo».
