SAN ANTONIO – A man is charged with intoxication manslaughter/assault after a wrong-way crash killed a woman on the Northeast Side, according to San Antonio police. Officers responded to the crash around 9:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of Harry Wurzbach Road near Urban Crest Drive. According to a preliminary report from SAPD, the 28-year-old woman was traveling northbound when her vehicle was hit by another vehicle traveling south that crossed in front of her.

SAN ANTONIO – A woman died and two children were hospitalized following a car crash on the Northeast Side, according to San Antonio police. Officers responded to the crash around 9:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of Harry Wurzbach Road near Urban Crest Drive. The woman, who is in her 40s, died at the scene. Two children in the same vehicle were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries as a precaution, SAPD said at the scene.

SAN ANTONIO – One person is dead following a car crash on the Northeast Side, according to the the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office. Officers responded to the crash around 9:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of Harry Wurzbach Road near Urban Crest Drive. KSAT crews at the scene saw a white vehicle flipped over on the road near another vehicle involved in the crash. The medical examiner’s office confirmed a female died in the crash.
