    When independent, Inuit-owned bookshop Inhabit Books opened its doors to the public on a recent November afternoon in Toronto, the occasion felt like a bigger celebration than your regular launch party. The company that owns the shop, Inhabit Media, had faced a number of challenges after buying the Mount Pleasant Road building (long-time home to The Little Dollhouse Company, which moved to nearby Millwood Rd.), in 2019.
