Hi, hello, sorry, yes, I know we just did this! But the Met Gala messed everything up so it’s time for another installment of Mess Recommends already! The only thought I have to share with you before we begin here today in earnest is: Are eye boogies the last great beauty taboo? I feel like all of us would rather tell someone they have a bat in the cave a million times over before we mentioned a similar crusty-dusty lurking upon the tear duct. Am I the only adult who still faces this problem?

Good morning, Messketeers, and welcome back!I know last week I promised you all a Eurovision fashion recap, but since then some kind readers provided me with the full context of why I should not do that, namely the way the competition is propping up Israel in the midst of a genocide. I am just a culture-less American who had only seen the “Espresso Macchiato” video 10,000 times and knows nothing about the Eurovision universe or its politics, so I truly appreciate all of your insights.

Howdy! And a gorgeous Memorial Day long weekend to all those who celebrate. I write this to you after waking up at 4am to make the trek to Maine with Fran and a cadre of pals. I am exhausted but I feel this level of delirium is probably indistinguishable from the usual levels of delirium I bring to the formation of this email, so we should still be all good to go. The weather up here is not exactly kick off to summer vibes, more like a ceaseless torrential downpour.

Hello, my beautiful and bodacious readers!I’ve got a pep in my step today because it’s once again that time of year where we reflect upon the great bounty of intriguing fashion compositions brought to us by the Pornhub Awards red carpet. There were some fresh takes on maximum flesh exposure, sure, but most importantly there was ample personality and a palpable joie de vivre on display that far too many major Hollywood events are missing these days.

Greetings, Messketeers!Hope everything’s going fabulously. We are officially on the other side of the Mess Gala, well, with the exception of one parting detail I must share with you today but I promise it’s important. You’ll see. The only thing of note that transpired this week is that I went to a cocktail party at the Valentino store. Yes, you heard that right. Valentino invited me to something.
