Reade Hotel Management, an affiliate of Reade Hotel Capital based in New York, is adding Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville at Vanderbilt, located at 1811 Broadway, to its portfolio. The previous owner was Moody National Reit II, a company based in Maryland. The Midtown hotel features Midtown Bar and Grill, which offers southern dishes and extensive beer offerings. The 208-room hotel also offers in-room dining, meeting spaces and full-service catering.

Jackalope Brewing has big plans for Nashville moving forward. What Now Nashville reported last year that Tacoma and Hoyt LLC, helmed by CEO Steve Barone, had taken over ownership of the brewing company. “Our commitment is to preserve the rich legacy of Jackalope while focusing on strategic growth and ensuring that the Jackalope brand continues to thrive in the communities we serve and across the broader craft beer industry,” Barone said in a release at the time.

Casse Cou has filed paperwork for a liquor license for a space on the second and third floor of 453 West 17th Street. The spot will be “an exclusive private members-only club where mystery, indulgence and discretion reign in the heart of New York City’s Meatpacking District,” according to the Casse Cou website. “Veiled behind a grand, Parisian-inspired facade, Casse Cou redefines the private club experience with bold, avant-garde design and an air of untamed allure.

A restaurant and bar space that houses the Hudson Bar Room at Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West is set to undergo a name change and refurbishment, new liquor license paperwork reveals. The new spot, Bellhop Restaurant and Lounge, will go in on the ground floor at 444 10th Avenue. Hudson Bar Room opened in 2017. The new concept will have the same method of operation but will be under new ownership. Eli Weiss is named as the new owner, according to paperwork.
