The Lady Dawgs, now 6-0-2 overall and 5-0 in conference play – were led in scoring by Maddie Garber, Priya Moore and Lexi Sims who had two goals each. Garber also added two assists.

GREEN LAKE, Wis. (WBAY) - More items that belong to a missing kayaker have been recovered on Big Green Lake, but the search continues in the water and from the air. In an update Tuesday morning, Chief Deputy Matthew Vande Kolk says the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office has conducted aerial drone searches every morning that weather permits. It’s also using underwater drones and towable submersible sonar.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Wisconsin saw its highest voter turnout in 60 years for a presidential year partisan primary. More than 26% of the state’s voting-age population cast ballots in Tuesday’s election. This election was also the first under newly drawn legislative maps, leading to dozens of competitive races. In Green Bay, voter turnout was strong. City clerk Celestine Jeffreys described it as one of the busiest elections in recent memory.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A couple is turning their grief into something incredible with an incredible act of generosity. After enduring the heartbreak of losing three children, Angel and Garrett Carter have made it their mission to provide the gift of time to grieving parents. “Back in 2021, we got pregnant through IVF. It was our second transfer... everything was going really great with our pregnancy,” said the Carters. But that joy was short-lived for Angel and Garrett Carter.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) -A new survey from UW-Oshkosh sounds alarm for some Wisconsin fire departments. Some report struggles to keep up with increasing demands. The survey reports more than 10% of fire departments in our state say they’ve had at least one instance in the last year where it couldn’t respond to an emergency call. The survey tells us half of the state’s fire chiefs say they lack the financial resources needed to meet demands. Responses come from 192 fire chiefs from across the state.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Vice President Kamala Harris has won enough votes from Democratic delegates to win the party’s presidential nomination. The Democratic National Convention chair made the official announcement on Friday. The announcement came just hours after Harris’ campaign said it raised over $300 million last month, a larger showing of support than that for President Joe Biden’s second term.

FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - A tip led the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office to uncover what’s believed to be a large-scale deer poaching scheme. The investigation spans multiple counties and has authorities asking for the public’s help. The sheriff’s office says they were first tipped off to the scheme in mid-July. Someone called them after finding a deer carcass in the garbage of someone’s home.
