Safety of Pregnancy After Breast Cancer in BRCA Mutation Carriers Lambertini et al1 have contributed important data regarding the safety of pregnancy following treatment for BRCA mutation–associated breast cancer. With nearly 8 years median follow-up involving 4732 patients and 659 pregnancies (20.8% with assisted reproductive technology), they found no adverse effects of pregnancy on survival outcomes.
