West Michigan Whitecaps Notebook Take a look at the numbers for the West Michigan Whitecaps this season and it’s easy to see why the team has found the success they have. RT @EmilyCWaldon: #Tigers have promoted RHP Troy Melton from Erie to Toledo and promoted RHP Kenny Serwa from West Michigan to Erie.

One of my favorite stories out of the minors this season is with #Dodgers RHP Patrick Copen, a 23-year-old relief arm. Less than a year ago, Copen was struck in the face by a line drive, causing him to lose vision in his right eye. Copen not only retaught himself how to hold

This is awesome. Well done, @erie_seawolves.
