The hour-long event included discussions on a variety of cultural topics, from Chinese cuisine to the Mid-Autumn Festival and zodiac signs.

The real estate industry is addressing the climate crisis through actions like selecting lower-carbon materials, setting portfolio-wide net zero targets, and increasing procurement of renewable energy.

The Manhattan office market is beginning to make a comeback, but much has changed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The persistence of hybrid and remote work have changed the equation for commercial rentals, both in terms of landlord-tenant relationships and the quality of office product on offer. In Manhattan’s previously adamantine office rental market, advantage has shifted to tenants, who now enjoy greater flexibility in lease negotiations than they have in recent decades.

AbstractTadA-derived cytosine base editors (TadCBEs) enable programmable C•G-to-T•A editing while retaining the small size, high on-target activity, and low off-target activity of TadA deaminases. Existing TadCBEs, however, exhibit residual A•T-to-G•C editing at certain positions and lower editing efficiencies at some sequence contexts and with non-SpCas9 targeting domains.
