Chicken thighs make an excellent base for a speedy dish, with their darker meat being more succulent and richly flavoured than leaner breast fillets, and they can be cooked a bit more intensely without drying out. For boneless thighs, a sticky glaze is perfect, caramelising beautifully on the meat during cooking, giving you deliciously juicy meat inside. If you prefer your chicken skin-on and bone-in check out our ultimate air fryer method for perfectly crispy-skin chicken thighs.

Sticky with maple syrup and mustard, these pork chops make a simple but sensational dinner every time, and ready in just 20min! Apple is a classic partner to pork, and there’s no need to reach for a jar of apple sauce when you can cook apple wedges alongside the chops, where the air fryer will nicely caramelise their edges. You could swap the apple for chunky wedges of pear instead, if you prefer, or even sub in a stone fruit like peaches.

It’s a picnic classic for a reason, and a homemade scotch egg will knock the socks off anything you can buy in the shops. Allow around 2 days to make it, including plenty of cooling and chilling time. You can also bake and freeze the cakes ahead of the big day, then ice them the day before.

Anyone else had this issue with Skechers and/or UPS? Outrageous to claim a delivery has been made when I can prove it wasn’t and then to offer zero customer support

@SKECHERS_UK how do I get urgent customer support? No one is replying to my emails & the delivery @UPS_UK claim to have made a week ago wasn’t - where is my order? How can I speak to a human being?

Anyone care to guess why I can't log into ANY twitter accounts on the app since getting a new iPhone?! 🤬 https://t.co/5S9HlJGgC0
