Jean-François Balaÿ will become chief executive officer at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA CIB) from May 6. He replaces Xavier Musca, who has held the role for the past three years, having also served for a decade as deputy CEO. Balaÿ joined the bank in 2009 as global head of loan syndication. He most recently served as deputy CEO of CA CIB from 2021 and as deputy general manager from 2018.
