District 10 challenger Sirrano Keith Baldeo filed a lawsuit earlier this year alleging that incumbent Kathy Stewart lied on her application and does not reside in the district, according to The Dallas Morning News. A judge ruled the court could not intervene because the election was already in progress. Stewart's attorney called the allegations meritless.
