3.3. Proposed ModelThe proposed model, shown in Figure 3, seeks to understand the interrelation of variables that intervene in HR and are determinants of competitiveness. Many of these interrelations are based on the literature, while others are hypothetical. It is important to mention that this is a confirmatory model, meaning it will only confirm if the parameters are within the general evaluation criteria. As can be seen in the proposed model in Figure 3, leadership is the main driving factor.
