    GENEVA – Brooklyn Wesley exudes positive energy. The teenager enjoys being kind to everyone and serving as a role model. If someone needs help or guidance, she wants them to come to her. Now, as the new Miss Winterfest, she will have plenty of chances to share her goodwill in the community.     HARPERSFIELD TOWNSHIP – Harpersfield Township trustees are remembering their dedicated fiscal officer who served the township for nearly three decades. They’re feeling the loss of Sharon Rohrbaugh, 70, who passed away on Dec. 22, 2024. Trustee Jim Pristov said Rohrbaugh was “100 percent for Harpersfield.”“She fought for Harpersfield, and that’s dedication, 29 years of it, and it’s wonderful,” he said.
