    Le lieu est beau et caché. Pour accéder à Vallabrègues, dans le Gard, il faut rouler un bon moment au milieu des arbres et des vergers, sans aucune construction à l'horizon. La gare d'Avignon TGV n'est qu'à trente minutes, mais on se sent très vite au milieu de nulle part. À l'arrivée, un petit village typique avec son cours Gambetta et ses platanes et, dans une ruelle, une maison ancienne qui ne laisse rien deviner de ce que cache sa façade traditionnelle.

Le cadre est beau, parsemé d'oeuvres d'art, et Stéphanie Busuttil-Janssen aime recevoir au côté de son mari, le galeriste Sébastien Janssen. Ses placards regorgent de services en porcelaine et de verres aux origines variées. Serviettes brodées à leur chiffre, fleurs délicates, lumières tamisées, rien n'est laissé au hasard.
