Dean Gerard Vaske, 60, of Manchester, Iowa, was born to Arthur and Loretta (Quint) Vaske. He graduated from West Delaware High School in Manchester. Dean departed peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, on May 27, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. On August 20, 1988, Dean was united in marriage to Julia Kay Hilsenbeck at Immaculate Conception in Masonville. Four children were born into this union. Together they farmed and raised their family in Manchester.

Mary Alise Reynolds, 68, of Strawberry Point, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at her homesurrounded by family. She was born on January 28, 1957 in Manchester, the daughter of Allan Eugene and MaryGeorgia (Vinton) Hamblin. Mary was raised and attended school in the Strawberry Point area and graduated fromStarmont High School in 1975. After graduation Mary enlisted in the United States Army and served honorably fortwo years.
