At 8:44 p.m., the storm was located near Pigeon and Caseville, moving northeast at 85 mph. People and animals outdoors could be injured, and damage was possible to roofs, siding, windows and vehicles. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for Huron County Wednesday evening until 9: 15 p.m.According to the National Weather Service, the storm could produce ping pong ball size hail. The hail was radar-indcated, according to the NWS. The storm was expected to be near Port Austin at around 9:55 p.m.

In Huron County, there is potential for damaging wind gusts, large hail, isolated tornadoes and locally heavy rainfall. Severe thunderstorms are possible Sunday afternoon and evening in Huron County and much of southern Lower Michigan as a line of storms threatened to move through the area.
