LOS ANGELES - The Writers Guild of America strike will end Wednesday after nearly five months, and Hollywood writers will be allowed to return to work while union members vote on ratifying the deal with studios. "Today, our Negotiating Committee, WGAW Board, and WGAE Council all voted unanimously to recommend the agreement," the writers guild posted on social media Tuesday afternoon, referring to the guild's Western and Eastern branches.
