More than 200 million people are now tuning into ad-supported streaming video services, with 81% saying that watching ads is a fair trade for free content, according to new data from the Video Advertising Bureau (VAB). Twenty-six percent of consumers have added a free streaming service in the past 12 months, while 24% plan to add a free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) service over the next 12 months.
