A University of Delaware third-year doctoral student was tragically killed, and others seriously injured. This, of course, should never have happened. Turner was charged with attempted murder in 2023 when he fired shots at a vehicle on Elkton Road. With this incident he faced 32 criminal charges and two counts of attempted murder.

York will have paid their experts to come up with favorable results for them. Every move we have tried to make, the county has shut us down while letting York present power points with no time limits on speaking. Not us! Sometimes it is hard to tell if we are fighting York Building Products or Cecil County Zoning.
