The Ducks snagged their first 5-star prospect of the 2026 class on Thursday evening when safety Jett Washington picked the Ducks. The 6-foot-5 safety is among the best safeties in the class and gives the Ducks a budding superstar at the back-end. The addition of Washington moves Oregon, which at one point topped the national leaderboard, to 28th in the team recruiting rankings. The class only features nine pledges, but does have the nation's second best per recruit average.
