Columbia County School District A Harlem Middle School student is facing criminal charges after a physical altercation that occurred on Monday. The school sent out a notification to parents at 2:31 p.m. on Monday afternoon, notifying them about a physical altercation between two eighth grade students which resulted in one student sustaining injuries to the face.
