    Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly set to part ways with Rwanda No.1 goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari ahead of next season. Ntwari joined Amakhosi as one of their marquee signings from TS Galaxy at the start of last season.     Kaizer Chiefs legend Itumeleng Khune has revealed that he rejected a non-playing offer from the club in 2024. This was after Amakhosi revealed that Khune’s time with them as a player had come to an end after 25 years. Chiefs further revealed that they were open to offering Khune a non-playing position within the club as he’s considered part of the family. However, Khune told KickOff Magazine that Chiefs offered him a deal to coach the U13 team goalkeepers.

    Former Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena has revealed the real reasons behind his departure from Wydad. Mokwena joined Wydad at the start of the 2024-25 season following his dismissal from the Brazilians. He had signed a two-year deal which would have officially ended in 2026 but his stint was cut short. Towards the end of his departure, reports surfaced that Mokwena had not been paid for eight months, and he confirmed they were true.

    Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly attacker Percy Tau has admitted he would not mind playing for Kaizer Chiefs. The 31-year-old Bafana Bafana international is in the country, and was spotted attending Orlando Pirates’ final game against Magesi FC last month. Tau is currently a free agent following his release from Qatar SC whom he barely spent six months with.
