Published 12:00 am Saturday, May 31, 2025 We had a great Lunch and Learn at the J.F. Hurley Family YMCA a week ago. It was about stress management and mindfulness techniques. Tai Chi Grand Master Craig and I were the speakers for this lunch and learn. I love teaching about stress management and mindfulness because when I do, I do so much better myself. Iliotibial band syndrome is a condition that results in pain on the outer side of the knee. When you follow the IT band down the side of the leg, it covers the boney area on the outside of the knee.

Published 12:00 am Saturday, April 12, 2025 Another column I have written about in the past. But the conversations I have had after last week’s strong core column, I feel the need to cover this again. If you don’t love your own body, who is going to? I absolutely love confident people, no matter what size or shape they are. They walk around and have accepted, and look beautiful in, their own body.
