Published 12:00 am Saturday, June 21, 2025 I have seen some cases lately where someone had challenges due to overheating. As we all feel it, it’s hot and humid. Extreme heat and exercising in it is no joke. It can actually be very bad for your health if you don’t take the right precautions. Published 12:00 am Saturday, June 7, 2025 Last week, I was in El Paso, Texas. I was with my sister from the Netherlands, visiting my daughter and granddaughter. Published 12:00 am Saturday, May 31, 2025 We had a great Lunch and Learn at the J.F. Hurley Family YMCA a week ago. It was about stress management and mindfulness techniques. Make sure your workouts include cardiovascular work, strength training, flexibility, and of course, a sensible healthy diet.

Published 12:00 am Saturday, May 10, 2025 It doesn’t seem to matter what study they come up with, exercise is always part of the regimen, and sometimes even the solution. Everyone knows that when you don’t use it, you lose it. Health is one of the greatest priorities, and you must take charge of it yourself. As with anything, the first step is typically the hardest.
