Speculation has been swirling surrounding the Bengals as two of their draft picks (including Shamar Stewart) remained unsigned. The New Hampshire Senate Finance Committee moved Friday to restore three health care programs that had been cut from the state budget by the House Finance Committee — a bipartisan move meant to address heavy pushback. In a series of votes at their meeting Friday, the committee voted to reverse the House’s 3% rate cut for the state’s Medicaid providers, and to restore funding to address the developmental disabilities waitlist and for community mental health support.
