Waltrip, a two-time Daytona 500 winner who competed in NASCAR events for over 30 years, originally unveiled the beer in April during a meet-and-greet at Joe’s Garage. The drink has been on tap at Shelby’s Trio since then, and cans recently became available for purchase.

    CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Austin Peay State University community is mourning the loss of Ann R. Ross, who passed away on May 27 at the age of 94. Ross was a longtime staff member who managed the APSU Bookstore for 30 years. Following her retirement in 2008, the Ann R. Boss Bookstore was named to honor her dedication and service to the university. “Ann was an institution at Austin Peay, having managed the campus bookstore for three decades,” said Dr. Mike Licari, APSU president.
