Jergovic’s band, TheFleok, is set to open Bacchanal 2025 on Saturday, April 5. The group’s sound is a crossbreed of indie folk and punk rock, drawing inspiration from the Backseat Lovers, Mazzy Star, and the Velvet Underground. TheFleok’s songs often feature lingering, repeated lines and energetic guitar strums. The collective also includes guitarist Satchel Moore, CC ’25, guitarist Guilherme Matos, CC ’25, bassist Murat Gulcelik, CC ’25, and drummer Carlos Murillo, CC ’28.
