CLAYTON, N.C. - CJ Martin, a graduate of Clayton High School, has laced up his cleats more times than he can count before running a race. He's won most. DURHAM, N.C. - The United States under-20 women's world junior ultimate team is no stranger to success. It's more accurate to say they're no stranger to pure domination, having won the World Flying Disc Federation World Junior Ultimate Championships six times out of the last 10 tournaments. If there’s one thing I did right in my time with Spectrum, it was introducing the world to a TV star named @BaileyJAdams22. The “22” is silent

@Evan_Abramson Sorry to see this, Evan. Always going to remember that we shared a screen during my first-ever tv appearance (and that I have you to thank for it). Good things ahead, man 🤝

Everyone give my former partner-in-crime @JesseMacTV a follow for sports news from Spectrum. Appreciate your kind words, my friend

My man, it was a pleasure to work along side you for 4 months. My only wish is that it was longer. You have tons of talent and another station is going to find that out soon enough. Best of luck, brother!

How could I forget of course @ice_chip... the LEGEND of Raleighwood

I want to thank the amazing reporters & fellow anchors in my market that have made covering this city so fun, especially those who have joined me in studio for our show on @Sports_Night. I have to thank @WaltRuff @mikemaniscalco @RyanHenkel_ @corylav @BrendanRMarks https://t.co/Dg15L7Tunz
