Brainchild of The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (think O-Ku, Oak Steakhouse, and Colletta), the restaurant is located at 725 Ponce with aerial views of the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail. The dishes at Indaco Atlanta are exclusive to the region, and at the helm is executive chef Drew Van Leuvan.
