WASHINGTON, D.C. — Jacob deGrom has a 2.12 ERA. He has pitched at least five innings and allowed two or fewer runs in 10 straight starts, a Rangers record. WASHINGTON - Marcus Semien seems to have found himself. He's pulling balls into the left-field corner. Scoring runs and punishing fastballs, particularly those over the inner half of the plate. It's not hyperbole. Hyperbole is extrapolating one good game and pronouncing it a trend. For it to actually become a trend, it requires consistency. A series is a start; a week is a trend. It's now going on 10 days when you include Saturday's 5-0 win over Washington. Copyright 2025 Tribune Content Agency.

Hold on a quick second. Are you saying you get all your info from tweets or TV?

@BeardWonder2 @Evan_P_Grant I suppose Evan could have asked why Joc batted 3rd while batting .115 for months, but he certainly didn't tweet about it.

BREAKING: It's now 24-4 This was taped on Monday, but join us on the Sports Day Rangers podcast for breakdown of the last week, issues upcoming and our guest: Darren Oliver, who has played or worked for the last 5 Rangers GMs/POBOs

The Rangers have a ridiculous 23-4 record when scoring 4+ runs. What does that mean for Texas going forward this year? 🤔 @Evan_P_Grant breaks that down and more on the latest episode of the SportsDay Rangers podcast: https://t.co/0uz4tRmJvH #AllForTX | @RangerBlake https://t.co/4d5SmfpUTr

A quick survey of @baseball_ref seems to confirm my belief that this is first time in their careers Wyatt Langford & Evan Carter have homered in same game. Think Rangers would expect that happens often over the next 5-10 years
