    RICHMOND, Ind. — Three men were arrested May 17 in Richmond in connection to a prostitution investigation on East Main Street. In a Facebook post, the Richmond Police Department said it conducted a sting operation in the 1400 block of East Main Street, which it said was part of a goal to support the city's long-term improvements by addressing criminal activity that threatens its success.
