    Shame on you, Dan Evans. Where is your respect for Napa County’s Winery Definition Ordinance (WDO)? While most wineries respect the WDO, others have challenged it over the years. A handful of wineries were permitted prior to the WDO. But all the rest are expected to honor the rules and appropriate uses in their permits. The WDO’s goal is to keep wineries, wineries — not art galleries, wedding venues or restaurants. Special events are allowed as defined in use permits.
