Bill de Carion, 82, of Berkeley, transitioned from this life surrounded by his loving family at home on May 16. He passed without suffering, due to the complications of Chronic Kidney Disease. Bill was born to Philip and Kathryn de Carion in New Rochelle, New York. After living in six states, his family settled in Redondo Beach, California, during the 1950s.
