Pese a que el segundo semestre ya se encuentra en curso, los avances en la ejecución presupuestal se mantienen lentos. Según se reporta en el portal “Consulta amigable” del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), hay 12 ministerios que, al 18 de julio, no ejecutaron ni el 30% del presupuesto asignado para proyectos de inversión. La cartera de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social es la de menor desembolso con solo el 2.7% del Presupuesto Institucional Modificado (PIM) que asciende a S/6′565,958.
