NEZ PERCE COUNTY, Idaho – The Idaho State Police are investigating a deadly single-car crash. According to Idaho State Police the crash occurred Monday, June 23, around 8:30 p.m. on Waha Road near Buchanan Road. An 18-year-old female from Lewiston was driving a Toyota 4Runner northbound when she left the roadway, entered a ditch, and rolled. She was airlifted to a local hospital but later died from her injuries.
