    摘要:肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)是肿瘤免疫微环境(TIME)中的优势细胞群,是TIME 中免疫系统抑制和肿瘤细胞增殖最重要的调节细胞。Src 同源2 蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶2(SHP-2)是一种非受体蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶,该磷酸酶在从细胞表面到细胞核的信号传递中发挥重要作用,且是介导细胞增殖和分化的关键细胞内调节因子,参与多种生长因子和细胞因子的信号通路。最近的研究表明,SHP-2 是决定TAMs 功能的一个关键酶,但是由于其功能多变,在不同的实体瘤微环境中发挥不同甚至是相反的作用。基于此,本文综述了SHP-2 在TAMs 功能及在相关实体瘤中的作用,为肿瘤的免疫和靶向治疗提供坚实的科学依据。

Protein disulfide isomerase A3 (PDIA3), an important member of the PDI family, is a type of mercaptan oxidoreductase with a wide range of functions. Its increased expression in a variety of tumors is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
